Innerwall Corporation Raises $6.5 Million in Series B Financing Led by Vincent N. Cook

Innerwall Corporation, a leading provider of secure mobility management solutions, announced today that it has secured $6.5 million in Series B financing from a private equity group led by Vincent N. Mr. Cook was formally chief operating officer of IBM Asia and Vice Chairman of Science Application International Corporation. He will join the board of Innerwall as a result of this financing.
