The MHz Shortz Student Film Festival held annually in May, celebrates student filmmakers. The festival features live action and animated films created by students, and teachers of students, in grades K-12. Films may be no longer than 10 minutes. The film festival is part of MHzs Education Arts Technology (EAT) Program, a division of MHz NETWORKS. EAT uses the tools and strategies of theatre and scriptwriting, project planning and digital media to enhance and deepen student learning.
