Voxeo Completes $2.2m Expansion and Upgrade of VoiceCenter IVR Hosting Facilities

New Orlando and Atlanta Facilities Increase Capacity 1100% to Support Existing and New Customers

(PRWEB) February 16, 2005 -- In response to the sustained and profitable growth of its IVR hosting services, Voxeo announced today that it has completed a multi-million dollar project to expand and enhance its SIP, CCXML, and VoiceXML-based VoiceCenter IVR Hosting capabilities.

The project includes the expansion of Voxeos tier-one data center at InterNAPs business-critical facility in Atlanta, Georgia and the opening of a new carrier-grade Data and Network Operations Center at Voxeos headquarters in Orlando, Florida. Voxeo expanded its capacity both to address the growth of its existing IVR hosting customers and to respond to signs of rapid adoption of IVR hosting by new enterprise customers over the next several years.
