Solo-E.com and SoloBizVille.com announced Tuesday February 15th the merging of their companies and resources. They will operate mutually under the website http://www.solo-e.com. Individually the two companies promoted and supported independent professionals, small business owners, and solo entrepreneurs with quality resources such as distance education, teleclasses, e-courses, organizational assets and community sustenance. Now operating as joint allies, they will expand their current resources and tools for a combined, powerful and shared support system for their current and future members. Independent Professionals, Small Business Owners, and Solo Entrepreneurs of all types gain added value from the Companies Merger.

Jointly and individually the values, ideals, and dreams of both Solo-E.com and SoloBizVille have been to facilitate the growth and empowerment of independent professionals, small business owners, and solo entrepreneurs. Together they will facilitate the continued support of these ideals, with expanded curriculum and new compelling edge resources.

Today, independent professionals, solo entrepreneurs, and small business owners are operating as consultants, trainers, coaches, artists, financial planners, web designers and architects, freelance writers and editors, graphic designers, virtual assistants, technology professionals, event and meeting planners, and more. The objective of this merger is to provide support for these fields through their combined talents, resources, community, and educational tools. They accomplish this by providing affordable education, connectivity to a community of solo-entrepreneurs worldwide, business development through technology, tools and tips that streamline business operations, and targeted consulting in marketing, technology, sales, and business development. Most importantly they grant independent professionals, small business owners, and solo entrepreneurs confidence and support in creating their dreams.

Rose Hill, President of SoloBizVille has been self-employed since 1990 — first as a technical writer and publications project manager, and now as a business coach for solo-entrepreneurs. Hill’s approach to business came from her trial-and-error learning when she became self-employed 15 years ago. When in the corporate world, Hill ran corporate marketing departments and knew how to market corporate entities, products, and services, but she says “that training did nothing to prepare me for successfully running and marketing a one-person business.” Thus Hill created SoloBizVille to teach independent professionals about Self-management Skills, Marketing Plans, Sustaining Business Growth, Business Policies, Best Practices, and much more. Now on the leadership team at Solo-E.com she intends to educate in the same manner with a greater platform.

Terri Zwierzynski, CEI of Solo-E.com is thrilled to have Rose, her expertise, and her SoloBizVille members to contribute to the Solo-E.com community to aid in her style of business operations. Zwierzynski’s enthusiasm for serving other solo entrepreneurs blossomed from her self-employed practice “Fast Lane Dreams” where clients’ dreams and business ideals are put directly in the fast lane. Zwierynski has over 20 years experience in the corporate industry, with engineering and managerial experience in large and small high-technology companies. She is a MBA Honors Graduate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a registered professional engineer with an advanced degree in electrical engineering, and has held international certifications as a professional in project management and new product development. Prior to starting her private coaching practice, she was a senior-level coach/consultant for six years at a leading telecommunications company: guiding business leaders in strategic planning, decision-making, building profitable business cases and managing business change. Now as the co-founder and CEI of Solo-E, Zwierzynski is able to extend that enthusiasm into the global community of independent professionals, entrepreneurs, and small business owners who need support too. Zwierzynski’s philosophy is to “make it fun to come to work” for solo entrepreneurs worldwide.

The collective expertise, educational tools, resources, mutual community, and passion for serving solo entrepreneurs will enhance the value that Solo-E.com is already providing their members – thus proving that Independent Professionals, Small Business Owners, and Entrepreneurs will absolutely gain added value to the Company Merger.
