Wimco Extends its Greek Villa Portfolio into Santorini, Hydra and the Island of Rhodes

Wimco has increased its portfolio of villas for 2005 in the Greek islands and now offers 40 exceptional villas on Mykonos, Santorini, Lindos and Hydra. Prices include maid service once a week. Prices rise to 5,670 per week for the three bedroom Villas Kymothoe and Okyroe on the glamorous island of Mykonos (including daily maid service).

On Santorini -- there are eight new villas. The largest is the eight bedroom La Maltese Estate villa on Santorini, overlooking the Caldera in the traditional village of Imerovigli (from 16,560 per week). The most flexible property is The House Collection (from 3,530 to 6,120 per week), where a collection of five houses, each accommodating between two and five people, is perched on a thousand foot cliff. The houses are decorated using gorgeous antiques and fine art. The most unusual is Perivolas Hideaway, a stunning apartment suite in Oia (7,092 per week including 24 hour concierge service). This is a truly contemporary property -- interiors are stark white against black volcanic rock. The indoor/ outdoor swimming pool brings the outside in as blue water floats right into the house. On Rhodes Island there are five new properties in legendary Lindos, an ancient city first inhabited around 3000 BC. The stunning Turkish architecture of the houses is extremely unusual in Greece and all the rooms are set around an airy central courtyard. The beach is within walking distance from Lindos town.

Magical Hydra, where there are three new properties, is an island which, with its stunning architecture and absence of motor vehicles, is a must for those looking to completely chill-out. The Artists Studio on Hydra, are a good choice for couples looking for total privacy. They are set on the hill above the town and have superb views of the port. Prices for the two bedroom studio are from 1,872 per week including daily maid service.
