Welcome to Industry Nights" for the 2005 Season, a cool monthly networking film salon for the independent film community. Each month industry guests are invited to join Film in the City, Indie Wire, Film Festival Today and the L Magazine to celebrate independent filmmaking at its best. The 2005 series will launch on February 24, 2005, 6:00 -- 9:00 PM, at the new Times Square Arts Center in New York City located at 300 W. 43rd St. Past Industry Nights events have been held at the Tribeca Grand Hotel, Hotel 41 and Tribeca Cinemas in New York.

As this city has become the center for the independent filmmaking explosion, interest in this burgeoning scene has driven a wide range of professionals to want to work in the film industry. Film in the City inaugurated Industry Nights" a monthly networking and speakers series on the independent film industry.
This new VIP monthly series will bring together the film industry elite" to view film shorts, documentaries and major feature film releases. Industry Nights" consists of a Film Screening Salon, Q&A Director Session and VIP Cocktail Networking Reception.

The Film in the City Industry Nights© events are high-profile cocktail receptions that bring together the film industry elite" in major urban cities. The receptions will be monthly events featuring the Whos Who of the film and television industry in the city. Each program will feature a special VIP guest and will consist of a cocktail reception, VIP One-On-One" Conversation and industry-networking event.
The Film in the City Industry Nights"© are a great way for corporations to tap into the premiere 25-35 marketplace. These events will feature men and women, average income of $75,000-150,000 with an interest in film, music and the arts.
