Independent Sci-Fi Thriller to be Distributed on DVD in US

Mike Conway's science fiction thriller to be distributed on US on DVD.

(PRWEB) February 20, 2005 -- Inferno Film Productions, LLC, has sold the US & Canadian DVD distribution rights to the independent sci-fi thriller, Terrarium, to Lightning Entertainment/ Mainline Releasing for distribution through their output deal with Lions Gate Entertainment. Inferno acted as sales agent for the production company, Midnight Sun Entertainment owned by Mike Conway.

Terrarium was shot in Las Vegas in 2000. Additional footage and CGI effects were added in early 2004. Mike Conway wrote and directed the movie as well as composing the score. The DVD is expected to be out by the fall of 2005. This is Mike's second feature film to receive domestic distribution. His first film, The Black Crystal (originally named The Black Triangle) was distributed on VHS in the early 1990s in the US. It was also distributed in Aruba (Netherlands) and South East Asia. Terrarium was released on VCD in Thailand in 2004, and is expected to be released in China in late 2005 or early 2006. Other distribution deals are being negotiated.

Inferno Film Productions is representing several other films and videos for foreign and domestic distribution and has signed a number of distribution deals since the start of 2005.
