QC Calc is immediately available to enhance the real-time monitoring capabilities of both new and installed MPM AccuFlex, AP/UP 2000, and UltraFlex stencil printers. The softwares user-friendly graphics and charts provide for complete data analysis and are easily accessible --- both locally and remotely. With a real-time data in hand, operators can quickly and easily identify and eliminate variations to optimize the process order for increased yield.
QC Calc automatically collects measurement results from a variety of key process functions, including alignment, inspection and cycle time. The software measures process and machine capability as well as machine status.
QC Calc generates a variety of customizable real-time reports as well as provides a historical statistical analysis of the process. Process reports include Process Capability, Histogram Analysis, Probability Plots, and Correlation and Regression.
