Tim Loomis has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Spa Parts Plus. Mr. Loomis becomes the third member of the Board of Directors for the multi-million dollar company.

The company is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Loomis to its Board of Directors. Mr. Loomis is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Loomis has been with Spa Parts Plus for 3 years and is the head of the Marketing, Sales, and Engineering Departments. Prior to coming to Spa Parts Plus Mr. Loomis worked at OSRAM Sylvania for 10 years in capacities as a Senior Sales Engineer and an Engineering Manager.
Spa Parts Plus is an Employee Owned company (ESOP) with majority ownership being held by its employees. SPP employs approximately 45 people and has grown over the last 17 years to become one of the most respected distribution companies in the business. The company also produces Pinnacle control packs and equipment systems.
Mr. Loomis joins Bob Allard, President and CEO and Barry Knickerbocker, founder of the company on its Board of Directors.
