The company is a newly registered investment firm providing personalized investment planning and management services for individuals, pension plans and corporations. Thomas Santucci, who among other qualifications, holds the designation of Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) and is member of the New York Bar, established the firm in August of 2004.

Santucci attended St. John's University in New York where he received a bachelor of arts degree. He earned his Juris Doctorate from Touro Law School, also in New York. In addition, his CIMA designation represents successful completion of a rigorous academic program conducted in conjunction with the Wharton School of Business, as well as a high level of credibility, integrity and knowledge.
