Liberals Know Their Values

(PRWEB) February 26, 2005 -- Eric Jaffa is tired of being told that liberals dont know what they stand for. Like so many other liberals, Jaffa is bombarded with Republican and right-wing media taunts that, Democrats dont have values." Jaffa decided to do something about it.

So Jaffa directed a Flash video available to the public on his website called Liberal Values, American Values in which a spokeswoman describes values which liberals and Democrats hold dear.

Jaffa hopes that the video gets widespread attention from the public. I felt the video was needed because more people call themselves conservatives than liberals. But when people are asked if they care more about fighting-pollution or corporate-profits, and if they care more about jobs or 'free trade,' more will choose the liberal position," Jaffa says.

Jaffa, runs a website called MoveLeft.com (Move Left Media) where he writes, or blogs" about current issues in politics. The philosophy of the website is "Americans are left-wing enough, but our government should move left." He works as a computer programmer and is a resident of the Twin Cities area of Minnesota.
