Marcy McGinnis was named the Senior Vice President of CBS News Coverage in June 2001, and is the winner of three Emmy Awards. She oversees CBS News, which includes worldwide newsgathering, breaking news, hard news and crisis coverage, as well as the operation of all national and international bureaus. Previously, she was the Vice President, Europe and London Bureau Chief for CBS News, responsible for the day-to-day newsgathering of the CBS News London bureau and for overseeing the Divisions news coverage in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

Ann Rhoades is the former Executive Vice President for JetBlue Airways and Southwest Airlines and currently the President of People Ink. She was one of the five core leaders to launch JetBlue in February of 2000; which was one of the few commercial airlines to make a profit in its first full year of operation (and in the midst of the 9-11 crisis). Anns fierce tenacity to the principle of putting people first has made her a highly sought-after executive.
