Ms. Graham joined the company in 2000 as Vice President of Operations and was subsequently promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Ms. Graham has previously held positions in sales, operations, and new product development within the healthcare industry.
Ms. Graham received a BBA degree from Baylor University and an MBA from La Tourneau University. Her experience spans areas of the healthcare industry, including medical malpractice review, durable medical equipment sales, PPO network development and management, TPA operations, and pharmacy benefits management. She has developed a reputation as a gifted speaker, appearing at events sponsored by the NMHCC (National Managed Healthcare Congress) and HIMSS (Healthcare Information Management Systems Society). Ms. Graham has used her multi-faceted experience to foster innovation in claims processing at Ecom, directly creating more value for our clients.
