Shannon Powell, President of Active Ergonomics, Inc., has announced that the firm has been contracted by Self-Help, a community development lender, to teach an education and training class entitled: Ergonomics and You, on March 10th at the organizations regional office in Durham, North Carolina.

The Pro-Active Ergonomic Program will educate employees about the importance of ergonomics, as well as injury prevention. The class also educates employees about basic principles of ergonomics, prevention of Musculoskeletal Disorders, minimizing risk factors, and awareness of good ergonomic products.
