San Diego, CA (PRWEB) March 8, 2005 -- ValueNomics Research, Inc. is pleased to announce that Greg Tesone, Manager of ValueNomics San Diego office, has attained the coveted status of Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) through the American Society of Appraisers. The ASA designation requires a minimum of five years appraisal experience, intensive courses/written examinations, passage of the ASA ethics and Uniform Standards of Appraisal Practice (USPAP) exams, submission of an appraisal log, and submission of representative appraisal reports for peer review and approval. Earning the Accredited Senior Appraiser designation is the result of many years of hard work and is considered in line with passing the bar or becoming a Certified Public Accountant.
Having met the necessary requirements, including a minimum of five years experience, Greg was also required to furnish professional and personal references. The San Diego chapter of the ASA conducted personal interviews and evaluated Gregs appraisal practices and experience. Greg joins the relative handful of business valuators in the San Diego Chapter to achieve the coveted accreditation.
ASA Accredited Senior Appraisers are recognized experts in all courts, both federal and state.
