Mammoth Towers Mysteries Author, Karl J. Niemiec, Helped FBI Crack ChoicePoint Case by Turning Over His Research

From Karl J. Niemiec, the author who helped the FBI and private LA authorities crack the ChoicePoint case comes Mammoth Towers Mysteries (Apartment 101) featuring Jozeph Picasso. IBNS: 1-4137-5161-x

(PRWEB) March 9, 2005 -- Some of the Niegerian-born scammers were tenants at Mammoth Towers in Sherman Oaks. And did everything they could to drive me crazy, short of burning down the building.

I was slowly losing control, having heart palpitations, and taking sleeping pills, but getting no relief from managing this property on my own. So, for mental therapy I created Jozeph Picasso, had him buy the building, and began writing Mammoth Towers Mysteries (Apartment 101) based on the strange activity going on inside Mammoth Towers apartment building. If nothing else, just to get on paper the anger and the over powering anxiety these people where forcing me to experience before it became physical or I jumped from my third floor balcony.

Believe me, if you've every owned rental property, rented from someone else, owned a dog, or reached the breaking point over a neighbor's poor behavior, then knowing Jozeph Picasso is for you. Compared to his Mammoth Towers Mystery Tour, your life will seem so simple.

Writing about what these tenants were doing is the only way I survived it. Turning it into a sci-fi mystery series was the only way it made any sense. And once I started, I realized that making the first chapter about a real event brought on by one of these tenants was my only chance at some kind of civilized revenge.

So I started compiling character files on bizarre tenant behavior mostly let in by a previous manager, creating a sci-fi mystery twist for each apartment, and in this Nigerian-born fraud artists case, false IDs, stolen mail, things they had thrown away, left behind, or tossed on the ground. One day two private detectives came calling and then later the FBI. So I gave them everything I compiled on the three Nigerian families who lived in 307, 206 and 107 planning to condense it all into one sci-fi mystery stories, (Apartment 107). Looking back, I knew they were up to no good. But I had no idea it would turn into part of this. Im just glad they finally got them. And I hope they put them away for a long-long time.

In the meantime PublishAmerica agreed to publish (Apartment 101), I've finished (Apartment 102) and I'm now working on (Apartment 103). So, in the end, I've recouped most of my sanity, if not a little of my dignity by marrying Jozeph Picasso's best friend Erin from (Apartment 104), and fantasize everyday of living happily ever after raising our son, by writing about Jozeph Picasso in Mammoth Towers Mysteries."
