HR XCEL, LLC, an experienced provider of human resource outsourcing and benefits administration services, has reached an agreement with Palmer & Cay, Inc. to acquire their Outsourcing Solutions Group (OSG) headquartered in Grand Rapids, Mich.
As of March 1, 2005, HR XCEL assumed all existing HR Outsourcing services for OSG clients. All clients will be serviced from HR XCELÂs corporate headquarters in Charlotte, N.C.
