Web-Based VOIP Call Center Software Solution in use in Cyprus

Upon an electric failure, remote agents record the information using eTelescript and then transfer information to proprietary web applications and reporting tools for follow-up.

Additionally, the remote administration module provides integrated telephony features that synchronize with the agent module to provide telephony and screen pops to remote agents.
