Iris Owens Found

Iris was well loved and respected in the community. That was evident by the overwhelming response when it was learned she was missing.

(PRWEB) March 12, 2005 -- It is with heavy hearts that we announce that the body of Iris was found on the morning of March 8, 2005. Due to her condition, and articles found nearby, foul play is not suspected.

Iris was well loved and respected in the community. That was evident by the overwhelming response when it was learned she was missing. We would like to ask that you respect the families privacy during their time of loss. Updates will be made should any pertinent (or more) information become available. Messages of support may be sent to our email address and they will be printed and presented to the family.

Many thanks to all who joined in the search, Family and friends of Iris Owens, Corbet- Oak Valley VFD, United Response Members, Corsciana Emergency Corp, Corsicana Sheriff Department and all of the surrounding communities volunteer fire departments that was searching within their communities, Red Cross and the Salvation Army for providing food and beverages to the volunteers, and the volunteers that flew their aircrafts searching the land. Our thoughts and prayers are with all who loved and miss her.
