Should Kristen Kirchner Have Been Fired on The Apprentice 3?

Street Smarts (Net Worth) Team Continues Downward Spiral Following Kirchners Dismissal - Kirchner Announces Plans to Re-Shoot the Infamous Dove Commercial

Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) March 12, 2005 -- Following the firing" of Kristen Kirchner on NBCs hit reality series, The Apprentice 3, her respective team -- Street Smarts" (Net Worth") -- has continued a downward spiral of losses to Book Smarts" (Magna"). Fans of the show continue to wonder, Should Kristen Kirchner really have been fired by The Donald?"

During Week 4, Project Manager Kirchner was given the axe by The Donald despite the fact that her Net Worth" team did not actual lose the challenging task of creating a commercial ad campaign for Dove Cool Moisture Body Wash. In the infamous Boardroom, he called their commercial, terrible," and fired Kirchner because the leadership on their team was a mess" despite her insistence that the Net Worth" team members were difficult to lead.

After narrowly defeating Magna" in Week 5, Net Worth" has suffered three back-to-back losses in Weeks 6, 7 and 8 with the firings of Tara, Audrey and John.

I stand by my justification in the Boardroom for 'Net Worths loss and honestly believe that it is not a reflection of my leadership style or capabilities," said Kirchner.

To demonstrate her skills, Kirchner is in pre-production on a personally financed re-shoot of the Dove commercial that ultimately got her fired. The thirty-second spot will be released in late Spring.

It is important that everyone understands that my qualifications exceed what was portrayed on the show -- I am excited to set the record straight for my fans and others who have followed the show this season and supported my efforts," Kirchner said.
