The Law Offices of David Asser are expanding and have opened a second location in Irvine California. The law firm remains dedicated to helping individual clients and small businesses with all immigration matters. The services include training and consulting on global immigration matters, work permits and visas.
David Asser is happy to announce that Fabienne Fitzpatrick will be running the Irvine office. Fabienne is an Attorney licensed in France and a graduate from the University of Paris X Nanterre, France. Fabienne holds a Masters degree in Business Law and a post-graduate diploma in Private Law. She was admitted to the Bar in Paris, France in 1985 and practiced in France as an attorney for more than 13 years. She had her own practice in Paris and Melun and devoted the last years of practice to labor law and immigration law.
Mrs. Fitzpatrick immigrated to the U.S with her family in 1998 and has been working in the field of immigration law since then. French native, she is also fluent in English.
The firm was featured recently in the Law Office Computing Magazine as one of the trend setters in technical advancement. The offices are completely wireless using Linksys on a Windows XP Operating System. In conjunction with the firmÂs web based technology this set-up allows the staff to work throughout the premises or from remote locations where wireless access is available.
Also, with two locations the firm has fully integrated a web based database and filing system, called INSZoom. This way the practice is able to have the billing, accounting, credit card processing and case management in one place.
According to David Asser, immigration is so incredibly forms driven, that to have a system that is able to be an all-in-one is very important.
ÂRemote access and wireless connection has increased productivity and efficiency. It has also allowed us more flexibility with regard to work hours, research etc., says David.
ÂThe web based technology has been great for clients who want to access their information to either edit, view or add to it. Clients can upload their own documents, so we donÂt need to use the fax machines as much and we save on paper quite a bit. Neither the client nor we have to be in the office to work on their case. As long as we have an internet connection, the work can continue, speeding up the process tremendously.Â
The firm strikes a carefully crafted balance between individual and corporate clients. The practice helps people who need a strong advocate and legal mind when theyÂre faced with complex immigration matters such as deportation, family situations, abuse and detention. It also provides creative and strategic solutions to companies who want to hire foreign talent, investors who want to create jobs and everyone else who may need advice on immigration issues.
