Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) March 15, 2005 Â With an event that is bound to take most people by surprise, Central Park Productions announced today that it will be bringing Spring-A-PaloozaÂ to Piedmont Park at the Park Tavern during the Dogwood Festival the weekend of April 9-10, 2005.
ÂSpring-A-PaloozaÂ is an exposition of lifestyle services and products with Âan extravaganza of everything that is spring,Â according to Central Park ProductionsÂ Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Mitch Esmond.
Music, aromatherapy scents and thought-provoking staging will set the tone for Spring-A-PaloozaÂ at the Park Tavern.
Inside the tent, guests will find a re-creation of the New York cityscape and the feeling of Soho, the center of fashion in New York. Outside the tent in the "Central Park" area, visitors will think they are in New York's Central Park, Esmond said.
The extravaganza includes some 50 exhibitors who will present artistic & unique products and services such as designer and designer-inspired handbags, accessories and fashions. Exhibitors with quality-of-life improvement services such as personal chefs and massage therapists will also attend, giving quick shoulder massages to visitors.
As with all events sponsored by Central Park Productions, there will be a silent auction and a competition for the Â1st Lady of Spring-A-PaloozaÂ.Â Five of AtlantaÂs top interior designers are creating stylized lamps with a 1st Lady of Spring-A-Palooza theme and will compete to have their lamp ÂcrownedÂ as the 1st Lady.
Ken Gugel, Vice President of Logistics, said proceeds from the auction will benefit Lifelink Network for Children.
ÂSince children are our most precious resource, the company believes education, nurturing and opportunity are the birthrights of every child,Â Gugel said. ÂWe hope to make a donation to Lifelink Network from the auction of about $5,000.Â
