Pampering University will be a series of training blocks for Spa Girl Parties consultants to call-in and listen to anytime they choose. Consultants have constant access to specific block numbers and then to personal worksheets on the particular subject matter in which theyÂd like to learn. The blocks of info are concentrated information on the multi-facets of being a direct sales consultant: product knowledge, successful start-up, growing your business, and leadership development. Another area in which they master with the program is the length of time those in direct sales companies have to spend on training. Breaking the blocks down into fifteen-minute or less increments lends participation by the consultant to a minimum, while at the same time preparing them for the work that will come after the training session is over.
