The first product of this collaboration is a new book, published this month. "The Performance Appraisal Handbook: Legal & Practical Rules for Managers" is authored by Nolo editor Amy DelPo, JD, with real-world input from MindSolve's many years of experience designing and automating international performance management for a wide variety of clients and industries.
In conjunction with the book release, Nolo's world-famous "plain English" legal guidance will also be integrated into MindSolve's MVP Software Suite. The Online Legal Toolkit will flag potentially risky performance evaluation language and offer online guidelines to minimize exposure, with real-time, online access provided to managers as they complete employee performance reviews.
