(PRWEB) March 16, 2005 -- Pringle Development, a leading developer and residential homebuilder of adult communities in central Florida announced their latest community, Lakes of Mount Dora.
Lakes of Mount Dora will be located just north of the downtown area of Mount Dora on SR 44. The development of the retirement community will be approximately 550 acres and will have 950 single family homes upon completion.

No gasoline powered boats will be allowed on the integral lake system although adjacent Loch Leven, which fronts one of the retirement communitys park areas, does permit larger, conventionally powered motorboats.
