Source of Title, a leading provider of marketing and media services to the title insurance industry, announces improvements in the company Web site that provide more than 8,600 users with the most up-to-date information currently available to title professionals.

TitleWeek, the latest innovation at Source of Title, provides its users with weekly video news coverage of industry developments. Source of Title’s own president, Robert A. Franco, recaps the previous week’s stories while providing a brief commentary on critical challenges and issues that our viewers face.

“We are very excited to offer the industry’s first original video news program,” said Robert A. Franco. “TitleWeek is a short, weekly video clip that our users will be able to watch over their morning cup of coffee to get the latest industry news and commentary. We are hoping to increase awareness and spark discussions that help improve our industry.”

In addition to the news highlighted in TitleWeek, Source of Title added a full-time journalist to its staff in December to provide current news articles and industry updates to the Source of Title members. Through his efforts, Jarrod Clabaugh offers members the opportunity to read news that is pertinent to their industry and focuses on the issues that most concern them.

Source of Title also offers an active message forum for industry insiders to express their opinions and ideas. Title professionals from across the United States are able to confer on issues they face, ranging from office equipment needs to client concerns. Through this forum, several dedicated and committed members recognized the need for abstractor unification and formed the first national organization for abstractors - NALTEA - the National Association of Land Title Examiners and Abstractors.

Source of Title originated as an open directory where title professionals could list and market their services to a highly targeted audience. The directory has grown to over 3,600 listings of abstractors, title companies, signing agents and other industry-related businesses. This industry-specific directory is searched more than 25,000 times per month, providing valuable exposure to the many independently-owned businesses.
