Suzanne Clifton, President of The Castleton Group, has announced that Mike Gilles has joined the firm as Director of Human Resources and General Counsel.

In this position, Gilles, a Graham resident, will oversee the human resources and human resources-related legal compliance functions for the firm and its clients, as well as oversee legal compliance functions for the organizations subsidiaries and affiliates. Gilles obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Education from the University of Evansville, his Masters Degree and Ph.D. in English Literature from the University of Missouri, and obtained his law degree from the University of Georgia. He has been licensed to practice law in North Carolina since 1983.
