Carrie Crain Designs, Inc. today announced her line of one-of-a-kind vintage and vintage-inspired photo albums have been selected by Backstage Creations, specialists in awards show gifts and custom backstage celebrity retreats, to be featured in the 2005 CMT Music Award's celebrity retreat's gift bags.

There will be 75 original albums consisting of an Indian, Asian, and western-inspired motif with her signature guitar pick creatively placed on each one. “I instinctively knew my CMT Music Awards albums had to be extra special when I received word saying the approval committee loved them,” explains Carrie Crain, designer and founder of Carrie Crain Designs, Inc. “Most will have fun, chic vintage cowboy ties with old jewelry strewn on them. And one will have an incredible old pearl collar and a vintage scrap from Peru (circa 1920s) that still has the original stitching on the archaeology paper from the site.”

“The benefits of a designer having their products selected for backstage award shows can be very rewarding. There is high-profile coverage with celebrities, press and media exposure, brand awareness, and sales opportunities,” says Shemiah Sullivan of Backstage Creations, which brings celebrities and clients backstage in a room called, “The Retreat,” at television award shows and specials and provides them an exclusive opportunity to personally introduce their products and services.

The CMT Music Awards will be honoring country music’s greats. The show airs live on CMT from Nashville on Monday, April 11, 2005. The show had the highest rated telecast among viewers, ages 18-49 last year, with a 13% increase in total viewers, to 8.3 million people, from the previous year.

Carrie has been on hit TV shows such as "Star Trek: The Next Generation," "Cheers," "Dear John," "Coach," "Married…with Children," and films such as "The Ringer," "The King," "Flatliners," and "Another 48 Hours." You can soon catch her on the Discovery Channel as the IBM’s Smart House mother in an upcoming documentary, set to release later this year.
