Under the agreement, both companies have agreed to combine offices, providing each company with a global footprint. Open Terra will now have a presence in China and Asia with an Asian headquarters in Hong Kong. Richwap gains a US presence utilizing Open Terra’s NYC Metro and San Francisco offices.
