On January 27th, 2003 I dreamt I had cancer in my right breast. On October 20th,2003- the eve of my modified mastectomy, I had a Farewell Pity Party to say my goodbyes to my right breast- Gloria; and I officially served the squatter, DeMon (Cancer), its eviction notice.

I had six months of chemotherapy treatment that almost annihilated me, and six weeks of radiation therapy that almost burned me to a crisp. It was a long and arduous journey, but I am a born fighter. I am not ashamed to say that I turned to God. I gave my burden to the Lord."
