I-OnAsia signs a US$3 Million dollar deal to provide a high end biometric security system to a leading Hong Kong Developer.

I-OnAsia today signed a US$3 million agreement to provide a leading Hong Kong developer with the VP-II biometric security system for their latest luxury property development. While the details are still confidential, the deal sees I-OnAsia providing the VP-II Hand Vascular Pattern Recognition System for all areas of the development. The aim is to provide the first high security keyless entry system in the Hong Kong luxury property market.

Mr Richard Hopping, I-OnAsia’s Associate Director for Physical Security and Biometric Division reported, “This is a perfect fit for the luxury property market. It offers the ultimate in security and privacy for people who are concerned with today’s environment. We expect to secure more of these types of deals as developers look beyond the traditional lock, key and card system to an approach that provides the best in security.”

Areas expected to be covered by the deal include time and attendance for staff, guest registration and membership management for exclusive areas within the development.
