nubianjournal.com - The Place Where People in the Black Community Can Go to Freely SOUND Off on Black Leadership if They are Disgusted with Their Failures

Featured on the website is a picture of Kweisi Mfume of the NAACP dressed as the "Star Wars" robot, C3PO. Mfume is on his knees begging President Bush to let him keep his tax free status and to remain the president's moral consciousness.

(PRWEB) March 28, 2005 -- Not since the movie Barbershop" have Black people been able to freely critique and voice their opinions of today's Black leaders. The website is designed for Black American's who are tired of being lead around in circles while spiraling further down into poverty.

The standard in the Black community is that the betrayal, incompetence & greed with White leaders are suppose to be scrutinized and deplored but the betrayal, incompetence and greed when it comes to Black leaders are to be hidden under the dirty laundry that Bill Cosby spoke of. Racism is not even half the problem that it use to be in the Black community since the 1960s, but statistically, economically & academically the Black community hasnt moved much.

Why? Because Black leaders are suppose to be fighting the good fight and no matter how incompetent they are, they are still speaking out" on our behalf. The benefit is that if Blacks begin to hold so-called Black leaders accountable - especially on a local level where they & we are the majority - they will begin to earn their salaries by running on platforms of bringing wealth rather than welfare to their communities. Right now all they have to do is say I cant because of racism and thats the end of that discussion.

Black leaders run on platforms of, vote for me and Ill set you free!"
But once they get in office and collect their checks their press release to the Black community is, Dont blame me, blame whitey!"

The people in the Black community need an outlet to speak out against Black mis-leadership for a change rather than just giving so-called Black mis-leadership a free ride by never having them solve the problem. Getting paid well to raise the issue" and discussing" it ad-nauseam for years at a time only to end it with, just blame whitey", will no longer suffice.
