Compelling Tale of War, Love, Temptation, and Struggle

BookSurge proudly announces the publication of The Way of the Wind by Richard Eder

PARADISE, TX (PRWEB) March 26, 2005 -- BookSurge announces the publication of The Way of the Wind, by Richard Eder.

Imagine a world that has been almost destroyed by war and is now seemingly hurled back to the middle ages under the rule of a harsh military regime. The characters in The Way of the Wind struggle to find their identity in a tightly controlled society in which modern conveniences have been abolished, families have lost the titles to their land, and all unmarried girls are forced to live and work for factories and mills.

Follow the compelling story of two young men who are about to embark on the adventure of their lives, as they leave their childhood farm and the young women they love to become soldiers and fight against an evil dictatorship... but is it really? They take different paths to reach their destinies as they try to determine if John Smith, the charismatic dictator they have been raised to hate, is Satan or savior.

They will find their way deep into the taverns and slums of a war ravaged London, where forces are at work, some trying to save and some trying to destroy the regime in power. On their journey they will meet men they cant trust, women they cant resist, and a small boy who seems to know the answers to all the questions; hes just not willing to tell. Not yet.
