Blended Learning Program Complements L3 Leadership Learning Process for all Employee Levels

The Glowan Consulting Group has introduced a new concept in Leadership Development called "Leadership for All". Centering on a trio of key leadership behaviors and skills, the program is geared for employees at all levels and compliments Glowan's existing L3 Leadership Learning Process for managers and executives. The program focuses on building a values based culture by ensuring participation, collaboration and accountability.

In the new, more competitive global business environment every member of an organization must assume the responsibilities of leadership: the ability to adapt to change, take charge when necessary and accept accountability for one's actions and decisions are essential ingredients of a successful enterprise. This program will empower employees to demonstrate greater initiative and accountability. Leadership is presented not as a position but a rather personal mix of will and skill.

In L3, the overall organizational culture is examined to determine the receptiveness to collaboration and actions plans are developed to move the culture in appropriate directions.

The one-day program is followed by optional telephonic coaching for participants.

The process results in participants building leadership skills and gaining knowledge that sticks, while employers benefit by having higher-skilled and more capable workforce.
