Duke Realty Corporation Tenants Now Have a 25-Hour Day, Thanks to Carmel Concierge, a Professional Concierge Service
On April 1, 2005, the lives of approximately 3,000 Duke Parkwood Crossing tenants are about to get a little easier! Through a Premium Provider agreement between Duke Realty Corporation and Carmel Concierge, businesses and their employees will now have access to their own Personal Concierge to assist them in adding valuable time back in their day!
(PRWEB) March 29, 2005 -- It is widely known that employees are spending more time at work that ever before, which leaves workers struggling to meet all the obligations of their personal and family life. In fact, compared to 1969, Americans are spending the equivalent of one extra month a year...WORKING, compound that with the fact that, two income families now outnumber single income families! As a result, 40% of the US workforce now report they regularly work more than 50 hours per week, and 75% of workers say they handle personal responsibilities while on the job. Stress and burnout cause employees to lose job-focus, make mistakes, and become ill and irritable. For employers, that means increased absenteeism, lost productivity, greater turnover, higher healthcare costs, and more on-the-job accidents.
According to Janet Nusbaum, President of Carmel Concierge, we launch our lifestyle management services to Dukes Parkwood Crossing property next week, and more Duke properties in the near future." Duke tenants can now experience the convenience of making one call to Carmel Concierge to schedule a myriad of convenience and mobile services not typically available at the workplace. Corporate concierge services first emerged in the mid-'90s on both coasts and have quickly spread across the country. The corporate concierge model developed by Carmel Concierge is the first of its kind in Indianapolis. Ms. Nusbaum adds, through this alliance with Duke Carmel Concierge now has the opportunity to assist more than 350 local businesses improve the productivity of their workforce, while also improving the lives of their employees. Its rewarding to know that we have a unique opportunity to positively impact the lives of thousands of local residents with our 'meaningful relief services."
As a value-add to Duke Tenants, Carmel Concierge has packaged its services and brings them to the workplace, thereby eliminating many time-consuming errands and life management tasks from consuming their tenants personal time. As a result, Duke businesses will realize greater job-focus from its workforce and reduced absenteeism. Janet said our mission is be that 'go to resource for our clients to handle all those time consuming tasks that take time away from whats truly important to them."
