Breen and Toye will join Goves new construction services team, walking homebuyers through the exciting process of building a new home. Austin will focus on Goves active adult communities, including Edendale at Spruce Wood and The Cottages at Spruce Wood in Durham, New Hampshire.
The new associates will be actively involved in the entire sales process including assessing buyers' needs and locating properties for their consideration, taking prospective buyers to inspect properties, and advising and drawing up agreements between sellers and buyers. In addition, Gove requires each associate to be a member of National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Seacoast Board of Realtors.
Doreen Austin is licensed in New Hampshire and New Jersey and has more than two years of real estate industry experience. Austins high level of sales expertise is vital to Goves continued success.
Karen Breen received her real estate license in August 2004. Breens prior experience as manager of Lindberghs Restaurant in Portsmouth is a key component to the customer service skills she exhibits everyday at the Gove Group.
Nicole Toye earned her Maine real estate license in September 2004 and her New Hampshire real estate license in October 2004. In addition to Toyes personal commitment to competitive running, she is co-owner and manager of 17 residential apartment units in Dover and Somersworth.
