Adopting ITIL in the Army National Guard
This discussion is relevant to any organization that provides or uses IT services, and will include real world examples of what you may encounter as you start to implement IT service management best practices. ITIL is the worlds most popular non-proprietary collection of service management best practices.
On April 7 from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM in Arlington Virginia, the IT Service Management Forum Local Interest Group will host a case study presentation on the adoption of the best practices embodied in the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
