(PRWEB) April 3, 2005 -- Events Quarterlys most recent edition, just published, has a great short story entitled Love You till the Day I Die," (http://www.eventsquarterly.com/13e/99.php) by J MacDonald. It starts off with the following text.
Mandy stared at the piece of paper in her hand. It seemed so stupid that a little piece of paper could mean so much. Shed planned on going to University and starting a career as an English teacher but this ruined everything. Before shed opened the envelope life had been good, no worries, not a care in the world. Just the usual things that worried a 17 year old girl, who had got the hots for her English teacher last semester, and dreamt of being the next Avril Lavigne, even though she secretly knew she never would be. Mandy felt the tears start. Stupid cry-baby," she thought, wiping her eyes. She hated crying but it seemed to be some sort of automatic reaction she had to bad news.
