Scottsdale, AZ - On the heals of being awarded PC Magazine's Editors' Choice Award for anti-spam filtering accuracy and functionality, OnlyMyEmail.com has now been tested by PC World, with spam-filtering reported at 99.63% effective.
Scottsdale, AZ (PRWEB) April 5, 2005 -- On the heals of being awarded PC Magazine's Editors' Choice Award for anti-spam filtering accuracy and functionality, OnlyMyEmail.com has now been tested by PC World, with spam-filtering reported at 99.63% effective.
PC World used a test bed of 3,000 emails and found that only 11 unwanted emails penetrated OnlyMyEmail's spam filter. Of equal importance, only one false-positive result was found, and this was not a "critical" business communication, but an automated newsletter verification email which could be easily added to a recipients Allow list.
The brief review can be found at:

and substantiates the numbers presented above.
Steven P. Burkett, Vice President of Development at OnlyMyEmail comments "While the PC World test wasn't a complete review or our systems, it represents the second major publication to rate our spam-filtering at 99.6% or above. In a field where most solutions are lucky to block 94% in real world use and reviews, we feel this sets aside any doubt that the previously published PC Magazine review might have been a fortunately abnormality."
Burkett adds: "With such well-know third-party validation of our delivered performance, we feel we can now being to focus on creating channel and marketing partnerships that will leverage what is arguably the most accurate spam filtering technology currently available."
