Networking Event: The Joy of Connecting - McDonough, GA

Have you wanted to build your business by networking with other like-mind business women? Well you can have an opportunity to do this on a monthly basis in McDonough, GA through "THe Joy of Connecting" events which are hosted by Kim Beasley.

(PRWEB) April 1, 2005 -- What is "The Joy of Connecting"? It is a monthly gathering for women business owners, professionals and entrepreneurs to share dinner and create new business relationships both personally and professionally. Each participant has an opportunity to share about their business and distribute brochures and business cards to the other participants. About 30-35 women meet monthly to exchange business information. There is no membership requirement!

The host for the event in McDonough is Kim Beasley. With over 15 years of networking experience to help you build your business, Kim is a firm believer in using the power of networking to reach others who could either become a client or a business partner. She believes to grow your business, you must increase your "network of influence". Kim is known as the "Strategy Guru For You" and she provides strategy planning for business owners who are either in the transition or start-up phases of their business. She uses a tool name R.A.C.E.S. with the strategy planning process and you can find out more about this service at http://www.agape3.com/business_tools.html.

There are 10 other locations in Georgia surrounding the Atlanta area including: Powder Springs, East Cobb, Dunwoody, Alpharetta, Smyrna, Roswell, Buckhead, Lawrenceville, Midtown Atlanta, and Duluth/Johns Creek.

"The Joy of Connecting" was created by Bonnie Ross-Parker, Americas Connection Diva", who had a vision of establishing a unique womens network to assist women in growing their business. You also have the opportunity to start one in your area by contacting Bonnie directly via her website (http://www.thejoyofconnecting.com). Now a few words from Bonnie.

"Let me ask you a question. Do you enjoy the business networking and people connecting activities you do each week to build your business, generate referrals, and increase sales? Or, are you someone who sees networking -- or connecting," as I call it, as a necessary evil?" If you do, youre not alone.

As a woman business owner, Ive done my fair share of Chamber of Commerce meetings, lead-share breakfasts and luncheons, and after work get-togethers. I used to find networking exhausting. My results were usually hit and miss."

Then, something interesting happened. Over the years, I made a significant discovery about connecting with other people. The Joy of Connecting allows women to experience first hand what I discovered!"

I look forward to having you participate with the McDonough group!
