Raleigh Day Spa, Blue Water Spa Wins National Award

(PRWEB) April 3, 2005 -- Raleigh Day Spa Owner Kile Law of Blue Water Spa, a Plastic Surgery Medical Spa Recently Won a National Beauty Award. Kile received the 2004 ABBIE Award for best editorial feature in an industry publication. Her series of articles, "Starting from Scratch" appeared in four consecutive issues of Skin Inc Magazine, a national skin care and spa publication. The articles documented the amazing success of the Blue Water Spa, a plastic surgery medical spa owned and operated by Kile and her husband Dr. Michael Law, a board certified plastic surgeon.

Dr. and Mrs. Law met in California while Dr. Law was practicing aesthetic surgery in Beverly Hills. He made the difficult decision to leave his successful California practice and move back to his hometown of Raleigh, North Carolina. The Law's were married in Raleigh by Reverend Thomas Law (Dr. Law's father) in early 2002 and opened Blue Water Spa and Dr. Law's Aesthetic Surgery practice in Raleigh in January 2003. The Law's have been blessed with two sons, Luke and Lang.

Dr. Law and Blue Water Spa have been featured in many national publications including the cover of the Medical Spa Report and a cover article in Plastic Surgery News, the official publication of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Kile has been interviewed as a national expert on anti-aging skin care by Luxury Spa Finder, the world's largest consumer publication devoted to spas. Blue Water Spa and Dr. Law have received considerable attention by the local media as well.

In addition to receiving the prestigious Abbie award for 2004, Kile has been honored as one of nine individuals nationwide selected to serve on the Day Spa Association's Board of Directors for 2005. " I am delighted we have been able to bring so much national attention to Raleigh" says Kile.

Blue Water Spa has been voted best day spa in Raleigh 2003 and 2004 by Citysearch and has been the recipient of the Metro Bravo Award for best spa 2003 and 2004.
