The Horizon Interactive Awards announces the 2005 winners.

The 2005 competition received hundreds of entries from 15 countries including: Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, India, Japan, New Zealand, Portugal, Russia, Slovakia, South Africa, Switzerland, United Kingdom and nearly all 50 US states. A panel of judges, who consisted of various industry professionals with diverse backgrounds, evaluated 11 different categories ranging from online advertising to consumer information to business-to-business communications. The 2005 award winning entries showcase the best developed web sites, CD-Roms, DVDs, audio, video, kiosks, video games and other interactive media.
Winning top honors as Best of Show" was Canadas Budget Monks 12 hour animated epic DVD called Broken Saints". The 4 DVD set, entered in the entertainment category, was an effective blend between fine art, animation, fantasy, horror and comic book styles that created a unique entertainment experience.
