INDEXX Sports introduces High Intensity Speed, Agility, and Quickness Basketball Camps in South Brunswick

INDEXX Sports, a sports-training company in Central New Jersey, is making a name for itself.

Standing for Individual Excellence, the INDEXX programs are unlike any other training in the area. INDEXX teaches students the fundamentals of basketball training, with a concentration on Speed, Agility, and Quickness techniques. All programs focus on improving each athletes individual abilities.

Over the past couple of years, INDEXX programs have primarily been comprised of individual and small-group training. This Spring, INDEXX is introducing a new Speed, Agility, and Quickness Basketball Camp in the South Brunswick area.

The six-week high-intensity camp will focus on improving balance and coordination through the use of Speed, Agility, and Quickness techniques. In addition, the sessions will concentrate on basketball fundamentals.

Sessions are open to boys and girls, ages 9-13. Classes will be held on Tuesdays and Fridays from May 3 -- June 10, in South Brunswick. The registration fee for the camp is $250.00. The cost covers the entire six-week session and an INDEXX Sports T-Shirt.
