Sutton & Edwards Wins Property Management Contract from HRPT
HRPT, the real estate investment trust based in Newton, MA, has awarded a property management contract for its two Class-A Long Island office buildings to Sutton & Edwards Management LLC, of Lake Success, NY.
Lake Success, NY (PRWEB) April 9, 2005 -- Sutton & Edwards Management LLC today announced that it has been awarded a contract by HRPT/REIT Management & Research LLC to provide property management services for two Class A office buildings on Long Island.
The assignment includes:
• The Pavilion, a 255,000-square-foot Class-A multi-tenant office building at 200 Old Country Road, Mineola, NY.
• One Suffolk Square, a 68,000-square-foot Class-A multi-tenant office building on the southwest corner of the Long Island Expressway and Veterans Memorial Highway, Islandia, NY.
Don MacAvoy, Senior Managing Director of Sutton & Edwards Management, will oversee staffing, maintenance, up-keep, service agreements, tenant build-outs, capital improvements and the managing of budgets for both properties, said John Proscia, president of Sutton & Edwards Management LLC.
