London Commuters are Heading for Sudbury, Suffolk Say Estate Agents

Bychoice, the Sudbury-based Estate Agent, Suffolk, says there has been a growth in interest in buying property in Sudbury from London commuters.

Todd Lewis of says, "Smart London commuter buyers have spotted that Sudbury and the surrounding villages, offers attractive prices for a relatively short train ride from London"

"Sudbury has great commuting times and an easy journey to central London which is only 80 minutes away. Yet the average price of a house is £215,000 in Sudbury compared with £319,000 in Sutton, Surrey and £356,000 in Maidstone in Kent - a substantial difference for a similar travelling time."

Bychoice has decided to exhibit its clients properties at the Ideal Home exhibition for this reason and in response to the growing interest.
