Corey Giann Antonio's Short Film Ash Wednesday Selected as a Winner at the 2005 Key West IndieFest

(PRWEB) April 13, 2005 -- Corey Giann Antonio's short film Ash Wednesday was selected as a Winner at the 2005 KeyWest IndieFest (Apr 7-10). Ash Wednesday (director's cut) is a 23-minute dramedy about a family who celebrates the life of their dearly departed patriarch by spreading his ashes on his favorite golf course. It stars Clara Herrin, Harry Schoolitz, Bisk Consoli, Laura Durant, Sherief Ayoub and features vocal performances from sports icons Joe Buck and Tim McCarver. An alternate 19 minute version of Ash Wednesday is also available and will soon be touring the festival circuit. Ash Wednesday was produced by Karen Jewell Productions in association with Black Tiburon Films and was written and directed by Corey Giann Antonio.
