MozDex.com Adopts OpenSearch RSS 1.0 Query Spec for Internet Search Results

Joining the ranks of a9.com, Mozdex.com is proud to offer OpenSearch RSS 1.0 internet search results to our search engine capabilities.

LANCASTER, PA (PRWEB) April 15, 2005 --- Mozdex.com introduces support for OpenSearch RSS. OpenSearch will allow mozdex.com search results to be easily integrated across any hosted or client side application capable of parsing RSS data.

Information to utilize mozdex.com search results as well as scripts, plugins and portlets for common application servers and content systems will be released here. Participation is currently free and support for large integration efforts is available for high traffic or commercial sites.

RSS is a standard XML data format that is typically used to syndicate content; OpenSearch extends this format to include search engine results.
