(PRWEB) April 16, 2005 -- PROactive Media, Inc., a media licensing corporation in Florida, and EFC Films, a California entertainment company in Southern California, entered into an agreement with the purpose of leveraging video assets produced by EFC Films and developing new markets.

The first management agreement gives PROactive Media rights to market "Volume 1" of the short video series entitled, "Tattoo Nation." The video series, which will be comprised of over 65 episodes, is an in-depth look into the fascinating world of tattoos. PROactive Media will develop licensing opportunities with the mobile phone industry as well as the international media.

"This series appeals to an upwardly mobile, youthful generation between 18-40 years-old, earning between $30,000-$40,000 annually. This is a strong demographic for the mobile phone industry," states PROactive Media President, Tony Coolidge. "The video episodes are also 60 to 90 seconds in length, which is a perfect size for digital video downloads."

The agreement is estimated to develop into deals for the "Tattoo Nation Short Video Series" worth approximately $460,000 over the next several years. Agreements for additional "Tattoo Nation" titles produced by EFC Films are estimated to be worth $1.25 million over the next three years. These titles include a series of twenty-six half-hour episodes of "Tattoo Nation" hosted by NFL superstar Chris McAlister of the Baltimore Ravens. The show features skin art of celebrities and sports figures. The company has also recently finished the new documentary, "Under The Needle" and the feature film, "Maddie's Disappointments."

"We chose to partner with PROactive Media to expand our marketing efforts, because they open the doors to markets we didnt know existed," stated EFC Films Producer Del Weston.

Tony Coolidge concludes, "The mobile phone video content market is forecasted to grow from practically zero in 2004 to $5.4 billion in 2009. There are 22.3 million Americans projected to become viewers of mobile phone video content. We are developing the frontier of a rapidly emerging form of media by building and offering an attractive library of on-demand video content. It makes perfect sense that we add quality programming from EFC Films to strengthen and diversify our library of content."

EFC Films is the production arm of EFC. The company has produced a number of television programs, films and pilots as well as the "Tattoo Nation" series and its ancillary projects that deal with fine art and printing. EFC is currently producing the "LA In A Minute" program which airs on the Comcast Cable Networks and they are also working on the new "Challenge of the Masters" Show which will be taped for broadcast in July of 2005.

PROactive Media, Inc. (www.goproactive.com), located near Orlando, Florida, has been a media producer developing international projects since 1997. With its international media and government contacts, the company provides producers the opportunities to open doors to overseas markets. PROactive Media has developed working relationships in China and is well positioned to establish clients in the worlds largest marketplace.
