Aarvak Marketing Communications (Aarvak MarCom), a public relations agency, announced it is celebrating its tenth anniversary by formally change its name to The PR That Rocks Agency, effective immediately.

Established in April 1995 by Christopher Buttner, The PR That Rocks Agency specializes in working with entertainment industry talent, bands, concert tours, manufacturers of musical instruments, audio, recording and multimedia equipment, as well as recording studios, post-production facilities, manufacturer’s rep firms, and systems integration consultancies and installers.

The PR That Rocks Agency also promotes the objectives of educational, philanthropic, and charitable organizations, such as The TJ Martell Foundation and others. Due to the uniqueness of The PR That Rocks Agency’s specialized abilities, the firm has also consulted to mainstream public relations firms who have sought to break into the entertainment industry.

A resident of Mill Valley, California, Christopher is an avid scuba diver and underwater photographer and videographer who beta tests and reviews equipment for start-up scuba gear manufacturers. When not working or diving, this professed workaholic adrenaline junkie is either mountain biking, hiking or working on his first book of short stories.
