Taipei, Taiwan / New York, NY (PRWEB) April 19, 2005 -- As of 18 April, around One Million Chinese citizens had publicly renounced CCP membership. Such withdrawals from the CCP are said to be in response to a publication of the Nine Commentaries on the Chinese Communist Party" in the end of 2004 by Epochtimes (www.theepochtimes.com). The editions revealed how CCP has executed its political system and culture tactics to have root-deepened spiritual control over every Chinese people.
The edition Nine Commentaries", also known as JiuPing" or 9-Ping" in Chinese pronunciation, has been published into multi-languages pamphlets overseas but in China itself. On the contrary, the pamphlet is strictly prohibited in China. For individuals to break the internet blockade and download the Nine Commentaries" from news provider or radio broadcaster such as the Epochtimes (http://www.epochtimes.com/gb/4/12/13/n746020.htm) or the Sound of Hope Radio Network (http://eng.soundofhope.org) is in itself illegal. This reaction from CCP however proves what has been illustrated in Nine Commentaries on CCP" and causes huge wave membership withdrawal from China. Seeing the fact of CCPs severe infringement on human right and freedom, many internet media sources and organizations like Epoch Times and Sound of Hope Radio Network, have been trying to help Chinese People by providing secure outlets such as message posting or telephone hot line for any individual who wants to make public their resignation. (http://tuidang.epochtimes.com).
As the number of Chinese people wanting to dissociate themselves from the CCP increases, the Chinese government also tightened its control over its people. Since March, the CCP has launched the movement of Maintaining the Advancements of the Party" by sending 58 Central Communist Party Monitor Task Forces to cover all of Chinas provinces. Party cadres in every city are sent to organize to study the CCP charter, re-pledge the vows they made when joining the CCP. New rules are made to force all journalists to use their real names. In the meanwhile, people in China now have to give their personal ID numbers in order to access the Internet and at least 500,000 Web sites including Epochtimes.com, SoundofHope.net are now blocked in China.
On the other hand, a large supporting event will be held on 24, April in Taipei Taiwan and other cities globally to sustain the righteous actions of resignation from the CCP in China. The event will be held by the news publisher Epoch Times and is open to anyone, who would also like to bookmark this milestone of One-Million historical record of Communist Membership Resignation.
